About Me

I am an independent individual, eager to learn and evolve. I am currently in my second year of studies at Cardiff Metropolitan University working towards a BA in Business Management. I have excellent IT skills and am the go-to person amongst my peers for any troubleshooting or IT implementation. I am orderly, punctual and a great team player but also have the skills to work independently. I always seek to achieve a high standard in whatever I undertake and I have the maturity to know where and when I can improve myself.

Work Experience

Design

● Created a training manual for Narberth RFC that covered everything from changing a keg to adjusting and managing the IT resources at the club.

● Designed and produced signage for Narberth RFC

● I am currently in the process of designing a guest services directory for a holiday let business

● Produced the Christmas play film for a primary school twice

● Produced a mental health video for a local large business

Technical Experience

● At my recommendation, upgraded & maintained the Point-of-Sale equipment at Narberth RFC from outdated, manual registers to a cloud-based digital system. I continue to support this technology remotely since I have now moved away to further my education. This has improved the efficiency of service during peak times and has also simplified the reconciling of sales and accounts, a task that used to be very labour intensive. The new system also provides excellent analytical datarelated to sales patterns that was not previously available.

● Occasional general IT support for a primary school, e.g. networking infrastructure, setting up new technology in compliance with the protocols provided by the local authority, interactive whiteboards, sound systems, overhead projectors, etc.

● Digitised the primary school library resources for access during the pandemic

● Created informational website for a local non-profit organisation – The Living Memory Group

Event Support

● Registering attendees, event photography, catering support, IT troubleshooting etc. at events such as water-sports days, car treasure hunts, drive in movies, charity events

● Designed and built photo booths for various events

● Set up and managed music equipment at multiple events at Narberth RFC

Additional Experience

● Stand in manager of Narberth RFC in order to provide leave cover for a 2 week period – including staff rotas, inventory control, cash management, opening and closing procedures, etc.

● Providing excellent Customer Service in a variety of roles at Narberth RFC, e.g.bartending, kitchen assistant, chef, waiter, etc.

● Greenacres Animal Rescue – Fundraising events and work with foster cats & dogs
